RSO exam preparation — Terms of Service

To use RSO exam preparation you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact support@igniterapp.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on RSO exam preparation, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — RSO exam preparation never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, available on this site. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital content that has already been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

The Service is offered “as is” and is meant to support your preparation, not to guarantee results. Although we maintain the content carefully, RSO exam preparation does not warrant any particular outcome, uninterrupted access, or that everything is free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, RSO exam preparation disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages connected with your use of the Service, while preserving any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to use RSO exam preparation lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

The content and branding on RSO exam preparation, including videos, notes, mock tests and logos, are the property of RSO exam preparation or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights pass to you by using the Service.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. RSO exam preparation may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

These Terms are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

From time to time we may amend these Terms. Important updates will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above refreshed; by continuing to use RSO exam preparation you agree to the updated Terms.
